The Cottage is located on the southeast corner of Sodus Bay in the township of Huron. Resting on an acre lot, this two bedroom cottage offers alot of elbow room. From the spacious open deck to the 24x24 screened in pavilion with a 21' bar. Outside cooking facilities, fire pit, Horseshoe pits and plenty of room for your boat, and water toys.

Next door, A marina with Fuel, Bait, Tackle, Fishing License, Propane,Boat rentals. This Marina is also an official weigh in station for all LOC Derbies.
